Assistant Community Manager at Quail Run

They are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to maintain community records, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the Community Manager in operational goals.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, schedule billings, move-in/move-outs, etc.)
Ensure that all monies due are collected
Assisting the Community Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive and market analysis and market trends
Ensure that the electronic lease files are complete and that the lease and lease addendums are correctly executed
Maintain positive customer service attitude and provide world class customer service to all prospective and existing residents
Conduct inspections with residents at move-in/move-out
Ensure that all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to service team manager or designee
Perform activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures by the companies and policies and procedures
Train and motivate on-site staff to achieve operational goals of assigned community
In the absence of the Community Manager, assume the responsibilities of that role until the Community Manager returns or other arrangements are made
Qualification
Required
At least three years of related experience (leasing, sales, property management and general office)
A clear understanding of all essential office equipment – fax machine, printer, PC, etc
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other software applications
Exceptional customer service abilities
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
Ability to handle conflict resolution with both resident and staff
Ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE
Preferred
Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite, Lead2Lease, and OpsTechnology
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
