Responsibilities

Create global brand assets

Conceptualize brand expressions and contribute to global assets and style guides

Design logos, iconography, and supporting visual elements

Develop retail graphics, merchandising materials, and presentation assets

Create packaging creative direction guides—capturing tone, mood, and system cues under leadership guidance

Conduct trend research, develop inspiration decks, and participate in milestone reviews

Collaborate across teams to meet key delivery dates and ensure creative alignment

Qualification

Required

3 years experience in a related creative field

B.F.A. in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience

Strong conceptual thinking and understanding of brand systems and design principles

Ability to contribute to creative strategy and visual storytelling across multiple platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with vendors and partners

Highly creative, organized, and adaptable; able to multitask and manage shifting priorities

Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with enthusiasm and integrity
