Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives
Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and workflows
Map customer workflows and system integration requirements to effectively capture the current state and propose future state solutions
Partner with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in enterprise and complex sales cycles
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop and implement project plans for Statements of Work (SOW) and solution implementations
Lead post-sale implementation projects through completion and hand-off to post-go live support and success management
Serve as an expert on integrating Synthpop products with existing customer systems
Relay customer feedback to the engineering team to contribute to product improvements
Deliver engaging software demos, technical presentations, and other customer-facing engagements to influence decision-making and build trust
Flexibility in Duties: While we’ve outlined the primary responsibilities, we may ask you to help out with other tasks in our evolving startup environment
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting within the healthcare industry
Exceptional presenting skills for both technical and executive audiences
Proven ability to map workflows and align people, processes, and technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to connect customer-specific business problems to Synthpop solutions
Experience working in dynamic, customer-focused environments
Preferred
Familiarity with DME/HME software is a plus
