Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end QA for Email, Push, and SMS campaigns, including front-end content, back-end configuration, and deployment readiness
Validate campaign setup within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including configuration, targeting, personalization, and deployment settings
Review and validate creative assets, copy, calls-to-action, links, and promotional language across channels
Document QA findings clearly to support auditability and operational transparency
Communicate cross-functionally with teams to resolve QA issues and ensure executional accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
3–4 years of experience in digital messaging QA or production roles
Strong understanding of deployment QA and issue identification
Working knowledge of HTML with the ability to identify errors
