The ideal candidate will focus on creating, executing, and refining automated test cases while ensuring the delivery of a functional and reliable product that aligns with business value.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks
Conduct API testing and performance testing using JMeter
Perform manual testing when automation is not suitable, ensuring comprehensive coverage
Write and execute complex SQL queries (Oracle & MSSQL) for data validation and backend testing
Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects
Provide clear communication on blockers, level of effort, and testing progress
Conduct regression testing to confirm defect remediation
Generate and present test coverage reports as needed
Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Demonstrate knowledge of SDLC, Java programming, and modern web browsers during hands-on evaluations
Qualification
Required
Ability to determine when automation vs. manual testing is appropriate
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and testing best practices
Familiarity with Java for automation scripting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5 Years - Currently employed in a Quality Assurance role
5 Years - Expert-level proficiency in: Selenium (UI automation)
5 Years - Expert-level proficiency in: JMeter (performance/load testing)
5 Years - Expert-level proficiency in: API Testing
5 Years - Expert-level proficiency in: SQL (Oracle & MSSQL)
5 Years - Expert-level proficiency in: Manual Testing
Preferred
3 Years - Experience with AppDynamics (application performance monitoring)
3 Years - Experience with Maven, Apache
3 Years - Experience with Linux administration (RHEL)
3 Years - Experience with Docker container development and testing (containerization)
