GTP Senior Treasury Associate

The GTP Senior Treasury Associate is responsible for supporting Treasury Relationship Managers in delivering treasury management solutions and driving revenue through client engagement and sales support.

Responsibilities
Analyze client activity, including client deposits, fee activity to proactively identify client deepening opportunities
Prepare proformas, product proposals, relationship reviews and RFPs
Customer facing support to propose banking services to commercial and corporate customers in a wide range of treasury solutions including online banking, remote deposit, fraud prevention products, lockbox, merchant card processing, payment solutions and cash vault
Gather Industry information and conduct Client Research
Core or single product sales to clients
Submit, track and follow up on implementation requests
Maintain thorough knowledge of all Bank products and services
Track new exception pricing requests through approval process and manage renewals
Assist internal and external customers with account analysis statement review
Act as liaison with GTP TRMs and other GTP departments as needed
Provide back up for GTP TRMs when out of the office on sales calls
Assist TRMs to keep sales activities tracking up to date in CRM system to ensure adequate recordkeeping of bank relationships, calling activities and sales opportunities
Responsible for meeting or exceeding all assigned sales and portfolio goals of the TRMs supported by this position
Actively ensure compliance with all EWB policies and procedures such as Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, etc
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of Treasury and Payments sales support experience in Corporate/Commercial segments
Knowledge of treasury management concepts and principles as related to Bank products and services
Bachelor's degree is typically required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include selling of Bank services and coordinating with others throughout the Bank to ensure clients receive superior operational support
Ability to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure
Strong time management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple assignments and follow through to completion while ensuring a consistent customer experience
Ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff and members of the community
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in multiple standard business software applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
