Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and customer communication
Analyze customer payment performance and support credit risk decisions
Support monthly close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis
Manage sales and use tax compliance, filings, and audits
Back up Accounts Payable and support cross‑functional accounting needs
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of accounting experience (AR, AP, and/or general accounting)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, deadline‑driven, and collaborative
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
