The California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking an Information Technology Associate. This role involves providing technical data expertise and developing solutions for information dissemination, while working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide technical data expertise

Develop the technical delivery for the dissemination of the information to the various internal and external customers

Work independently, as well as part of a team, to coordinate projects

Participate in the planning, analysis, development, testing, deployment and risk mitigation associated with technical solutions developed

Candidates new to CDCR/CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, as well as a Tuberculosis test/evaluation prior to appointment, followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter
