Responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing (invoicing, collections, revenue recognition)
Support month-end and year-end close and financial reporting
Ensure GAAP compliance across multiple entities
Assist with payroll, commissions, inventory reconciliations, and audits
Support tax filings (sales tax, 1099s)
Perform AML/CTF monitoring and compliance verifications
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience (AP, AR, GL)
Multi-entity and international accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with accounting systems; NetSuite highly preferred
