Senior Client Partner
Goods & Services is a product design and engineering company that addresses mission-critical challenges for large enterprises, particularly in regulated industries. They are seeking a Senior Client Partner to drive business growth, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients' strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to proactively address their needs
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and strategy, to craft proposals and win new business
Develop account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
Ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions in alignment with client expectations and contract terms
Monitor project progress and address any issues or escalations promptly
Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution of projects
Develop and execute account plans to achieve long-term client success
Lead strategic planning discussions to align our services with clients’ future goals
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Track key account metrics such as revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction
Prepare and present regular status reports to internal stakeholders and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the digital product design, engineering, or IT consulting industry
Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
Solid understanding of digital transformation, product design, engineering processes, and emerging technologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Empathy and a people-first approach to building relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
