Coordinate operational activities to manage production planning and scheduling effectively
Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external clients

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
Proficiency in Customer Support and managing client inquiries effectively
Ability to provide excellent communication and build relationships to ensure customer-centric solutions
Organizational and time-management skills for effective planning and scheduling
Proficient in problem-solving, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industries is a plus
Additional certifications in customer service or planning is a plus
