Conduct depositions and perform legal research/investigation
Appear in court for hearings and motion arguments
Prepare clients for key litigation events (depositions, mediation, trial)
Trial experience and insurance defense background are a plus
Qualification
Required
Active membership with the California State Bar
5–7+ years of civil litigation experience
