Responsibilities

Host 1+ hour live selling sessions weekly
Sell items uploaded by Firesale sellers throughout the week
Create excitement, urgency, and FOMO
Talk confidently about anything: furniture, electronics, clothes, collectibles, weird stuff—whatever shows up
Interact with the live audience (comments, questions, bids, buys)
Move fast, stay sharp, and close sales
Pitching items clearly, confidently, and fast
Answering buyer questions live
Driving urgency (“this will sell,” “last one,” “price drop,” etc.)
Keeping the energy high for long sessions
Helping turn unsold inventory into instant liquidity

Qualification

Live streaming experienceSales experienceOn-camera presenceSocial media proficiencyEngaging personality

Required

Have sold items online before (Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, etc.)
Are very comfortable on camera
Have experience with Instagram Live
Have experience with TikTok Live
Have experience with YouTube Live
Have experience with Twitch or live streaming in general
Can confidently host for 60+ minutes
Love talking about products and convincing people to buy
Can sell anything (seriously)
Have a strong, engaging personality
Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Preferred

Have hosted live sales or auctions before
Have a background in retail, sales, or on-air hosting
Understand how urgency and scarcity drive buying
Already follow live shopping trends
