Responsibilities
Build and scale People Ops processes : Own global HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HRIS management
Process design & optimization : Create efficient workflows for a growing, distributed workforce
Visa & immigration management : Oversee global mobility and visa processes for employees
Data & compliance : Ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and adherence to local labor laws
Partner with leadership : Support strategic initiatives related to organizational growth and culture
Hypergrowth readiness : Anticipate scaling challenges and implement solutions proactively
Qualification
Required
7+ years of People Operations experience
Proven experience building People Ops processes from scratch
Two or more startup experiences, including at least one during hypergrowth
Visa and global mobility experience
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable being hands-on
Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
Familiarity with multi-country compliance and employment laws
Exposure to AI/SaaS environments
