Welcome guests like fellow mountain enthusiasts, guiding them to the right skis, boots, and bindings with confidence and care
Provide personalized bootfitting so every skier leaves feeling comfortable, supported, and ready for adventure
Share your stoke and knowledge of the latest gear, keeping up with industry trends and passing that excitement on to guests
Keep the shop vibe warm and inviting with clean, well-curated displays
Create memorable experiences for beginners finding their first setup and experts chasing their next big line alike
Be part of a team that has each other’s backs—pitching in wherever needed to keep the energy high and the shop running smoothly

Qualification
Required
You're outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day
You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn)
Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain
You're good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
