Responsibilities

Client Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, communicating via Slack, video, and email
Google Ads Execution: Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
Ad Copywriting: Write high-converting headlines and descriptions tailored to home service prospects
Performance Reviews: Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through performance, discuss strategy, and upsell when appropriate
Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams to launch campaigns fast
Reporting & Analysis: Present data in a way that highlights business outcomes, not just vanity metrics
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal landing page designers, conversion tracking specialists, and leadership team

Required

2+ Years of Experience: Google Ads experience required, preferably working with local service businesses or inside a digital agency

Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple accounts without dropping a ball-and your Slack messages and reports are polished
Growth-Minded: You're looking to take ownership, grow with a high-performing team, and make your mark in a fast-scaling department

Preferred

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, and Slack is a major plus
