This role focuses on engaging with people, building relationships, and promoting HVAC services in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
Actively represent Semper Fi Heating and Cooling at community events, trade shows, and networking functions
Engage with event attendees, educating them about our services and answering questions
Set up, maintain, and manage event booths, ensuring an inviting and professional presence
Collect and track leads from event attendees for follow-up by the sales team
Foster relationships with community members, business owners, and potential customers
Distribute marketing materials and promotional items to increase brand awareness
Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm at all events
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute event strategies
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
Qualification
Required
Outgoing and personable – enjoys engaging with people and building relationships
Highly organized and punctual – able to manage event logistics efficiently
Professional and well-presented – represents the company with integrity and enthusiasm
Strong communication skills – comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently while staying aligned with company goals
Reliable transportation to and from events

Previous experience in promotions, marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
