Provide architectural guidance for Node.js applications (including frameworks like Express, NestJS)
Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS)
Lead and mentor Node.js developers and related roles
Ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines
Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
Design and build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
