Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence

Prepare and present progress updates to senior leadership

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts for broader audiences

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution

Analyze project progress and make necessary adjustments to scope, timeline, or costs

Provide coaching and leadership to project team members on project management best practices

Implement performance tracking metrics to measure project success

Maintain alignment with business goals and strategies, ensuring project initiatives support company objectives

Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders

Assist in technical project estimates, scope analysis, and RFP responses

Develop technical spreadsheets, diagrams, and process documentation

Support ICFR - ITGC testing and audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls

Conduct research and recommend IT products, services, and standards for procurement and development

Coordinate system changes, blackout periods, and release planning to minimize business disruptions
