Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex projects that improve unscheduled care pathways across the system
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to co‑design, test, and scale improvements
Drive innovation and digital transformation—identifying opportunities, removing barriers, and embedding sustainable change
Manage stakeholders across a dynamic environment, aligning local, regional, and national priorities
Provide assurance on delivery—planning, reporting, risk management, benefits tracking, and dissemination of learning
Qualification
Required
Extensive project management experience with a proven track record of leading and delivering change within the NHS or a closely related environment
Highly developed leadership and communication skills—able to engage, persuade, and motivate
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and influencing skills
Confidence working across multidisciplinary teams in a complex, fast‑moving context
Preferred
A clinical background may be advantageous, but is not essential
