Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and relevant SEC rules and regulations

Oversee and direct the preparation and timely filing of all external financial reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required SEC filings

Manage the internal and external audit processes, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring all required schedules, documentation, and controls are presented accurately and promptly

Lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of new accounting pronouncements and regulatory changes

Serve as a key strategic business partner to the CFO, CEO, and other executive leaders, providing technical accounting expertise and financial guidance for critical business decisions

Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting (SOX compliance) and disclosure controls
