They are seeking a Regional Managing Director to ensure the successful delivery of their programs, manage regional staff, and oversee program operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and educational administration, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide daily oversight of regional program activities
Manage regional program budgets
Contribute to organizational strategy, developing new initiatives, and expanding program reach
Manage full-time regional program staff to ensure smooth program operations
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support
Manage and renew relationships with program clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
Ensure client satisfaction and act on feedback to improve program offerings
Recruit, train, and supervise instructors who deliver after school classes
Provide ongoing support and professional development to instructors
Monitor and evaluate instructor performance to maintain high teaching standards
Review and adapt lesson plans to ensure they meet educational standards and client needs
Oversee procurement and distribution of teaching materials to instructors
Manage school break camp programs to ensure successful delivery
Assist in staffing, logistics, and daily operations of summer camp programs
Manage the regional office space ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming setting
Stay updated on client and market trends to adapt and enhance program offerings

Required

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, such as an administrator, team lead, or department head
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership abilities and comfort in managing teams
Independent, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Passion for STEM education and commitment to student success
