Responsibilities

Build rigorous, insight-led business cases in partnership with analytics, finance, and cross-functional teams
Size market opportunities, forecast subscriber and revenue impact, assess ROI, and recommend growth paths that maximize enterprise value
Develop clear, structured strategic plans that bridge insight and execution across sales, product, marketing, and partnership teams
Craft executive-ready narratives and presentations that align stakeholders and drive decision-making
Shape acquisition strategies across distribution channels, partner programs, audience targeting, and save-to-invest initiatives
Conduct deep consumer, competitive, and market analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks
Translate market signals, performance trends, and external dynamics into strategic implications for channel, product, offer, and partnership decisions
Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategies are grounded in data, financially sound, and executable at scale

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Experience in strategy, management consulting, growth, or product marketing roles, ideally combined with operating experience
Demonstrated experience applying market analysis, financial modeling, and insight development to shape strategy
Exceptional strategic thinking and numerical acumen with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
Strong financial and analytical skills, including business case development and ROI assessment
Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a high degree of ownership and collaboration

Preferred

MBA preferred but not required
Experience within subscription-based, membership-driven, or recurring-revenue businesses strongly preferred
Familiarity with the TV, media, entertainment, telecom, or broader digital media landscape is highly valued
