Responsibilities

Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:

System and process documentation

User guides, SOPs, and FAQs

API documentation and technical specifications

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content

Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

Ensure documentation follows organizational standards, branding, and compliance guidelines

Review, proofread, and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Maintain document version control and manage updates efficiently

Support knowledge-base creation and content governance initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related field

5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in an enterprise or consulting environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Experience documenting software systems, data platforms, or enterprise applications

Proficiency with documentation tools such as: MS Word, Confluence, SharePoint

Markdown, Git (preferred)

Diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io)

Ability to manage multiple documentation efforts independently

Preferred

Experience working with large enterprise or global clients

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments

Understanding of cloud platforms, data systems, or analytics tools
