They are seeking a part-time Residential Counselor to support group home residents with daily living activities and deliver high-quality services in accordance with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).

Responsibilities

Support consumers in achieving personal care goals and addressing ongoing challenges

Educate consumers on medications, track logs, and conduct monthly audits

Coordinate services based on individual needs

Transports consumers using the company van as needed

Deliver high-quality care in line with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP)

Accurately document services within required timeframes using electronic health records

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in mental healthVerbal communicationWritten communicationMicrosoft Office SuiteValid driver’s license

Required

Bachelor's Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, or social work, human services or a related field from an accredited college or university OR

A combination of one (1) or more years' of college, plus related life or work experience equal to four (4) years OR

High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of related work or life experience required

Possess a valid driver's license & acceptable driving record

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
