Customer Support Assistant
Go Hiya is searching for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to provide high-quality support to customers. The role involves assisting with inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers by phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information about company products and services
Respond to customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary
Help resolve basic customer concerns and ensure follow-up when required
Maintain and update customer records and documentation accurately
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
