Responsibilities
Equipping and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard
Developing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and academic outcomes
Serving as direct mentor to a focused student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for onsite work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related discipline
Proven track record creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and energize high-performing teams
Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
Legal authorization to work in the United States
