Responsibilities
Organizing and processing a large volume of invoices (100 - 200 invoices per day)
Quality checking scanned invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
Researching vendor statements/past due notices/unidentified mail
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of AP experience in a high-volume environment with GL coding
Excel experience a must
Detailed oriented - with strong attention to accuracy
Problem solving-analytical mindset
Must be a team player and reliable
Communication skills with confidence (written/verbal)
Preferred
Workday experience is a plus
