Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance procurement reporting tools and performance dashboards in coordination with global, regional, and IT teams
Ensure consistent and accurate use of master data across vendors, materials, and services
Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal technology partners
Support category management activities related to systems, data, and reporting
Enable greater spend visibility and audit-ready processes through continuous improvement of both business and technology solutions
Collaborate with analytics and process improvement teams to deliver actionable insights into procurement performance
Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and support as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline
Five or more years of experience in procurement analytics, performance reporting, or process optimization
Demonstrated success supporting procure-to-pay or similar enterprise processes in complex organizations
Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement workflows, including purchasing, master data, warehousing, and accounts payable
Advanced knowledge of SAP and related procurement tools, with strong systems aptitude
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable improvements; exposure to AI-driven analytics is an advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels
Analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with a focus on value creation and customer outcomes
Comfortable leading change initiatives within large, matrixed organizations
