Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a unified cybersecurity metrics framework aligned to strategic priorities, operational performance, and risk reduction
Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across core security domains, including identity, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance, and product security
Design and deliver dashboards and reports that meet the needs of both technical and executive audiences
Partner across teams to source, normalize, and validate data from various systems and tools
Translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic decisions and investment planning
Establish governance processes for data quality, refresh cadence, and metric ownership
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, analytics, or data-driven program management
Strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics
Experience designing dashboards, reports, or performance scorecards for security or technology organizations
Familiarity with statistical concepts and comfort interpreting trends, variance, and correlation in data
Ability to synthesize technical data into concise, compelling business insights
Understanding of common security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls)
Experience working across teams in a large, complex organization; healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
