Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and networking equipment
Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance, updates, and patches
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments
Manage data backups, recovery processes, and support disaster recovery planning
Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, updates, and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Provide timely technical support to end users for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection practices
Work closely with IT team members to support company-wide technology needs
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex issues and coordinate equipment or software repairs
Support IT asset management and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of tech support experience
Active Directory
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems
