Responsibilities
Manage residential site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility design
Coordinate civil design efforts, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects
Oversee preparation and review of plans, reports, and technical documentation
Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and internal teams for permitting and approvals
Communicate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience in residential civil engineering or land development project management
Strong understanding of site design, utilities, and grading concepts
Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities
Strong organizational and communication skills
