They are seeking a Full-time IT Support Analyst responsible for receiving, handling, configuring, and repairing computer equipment used in their branches and warehouses.

Responsibilities
Receiving, scanning and sorting out computer equipment into our inventory system
Cleaning, troubleshooting, repairing and updating various equipment
Loading and unloading pallets of computer equipment
Picking computer inventory for other areas
Packing and labeling boxes to prepare them for shipment
Contacting vendors for assistance with hardware issues, contracts and warranties
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
Preferred
Knowledge of computer-related equipment with interest in technology
