Responsibilities

Master Kalepa's SaaS platform
Own end-to-end deployment and configuration of Kalepa’s SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams
Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives
Plan, execute, and lead client user training
Leverage large datasets to analyze the impact on client KPIs
Coordinate with Kalepa’s Product team to support our product’s growth via issue identification, remediation tracking, and enhancement drafting

Qualification

Required

5+ years of client-facing enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales experience
Strong analytical and technical foundation
Commercially oriented and data-driven
Ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to C-level executives
Ability to plan, execute, and lead client user training
Experience leveraging large datasets to analyze the impact on client KPIs
Ability to coordinate with product teams to support product growth via issue identification, remediation tracking, and enhancement drafting
Strong communication skills valuing open, frank, and respectful communication

Preferred

InsurTech or FinTech experience
Experience at a venture-backed startup during a period of hypergrowth
