Responsibilities
Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth
Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment
Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion
Support factory continuous improvement initiatives
Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations
Ensure safety, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner
Assist in budget preparation and reports maintaining a low cost and high-efficiency operation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
3+ years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environment
1+ years' people leadership experience
