Responsibilities
Analyze business and clinical workflows and recommend technical and functional solutions
Configure, implement, monitor, and maintain applications and system workflows of moderate complexity
Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests in alignment with IS standards and SLAs
Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities
Maintain documentation in accordance with established standards
Support system integrations and maintain working knowledge of system architecture
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Assist with project planning, task prioritization, and deadline management
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
Support training efforts for end users and IS team members
Contribute to training materials, job aids, and knowledge-base documentation
Deliver a high level of customer service and user support
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience supporting business, financial, or clinical information systems (analysis, configuration, implementation, or support) or 3+ years as an advanced or expert user of a targeted healthcare system
Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues
Understanding of system workflows, configurations, and integrations
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment
Preferred
Epic experience and/or certifications (MyChart, Cadence, Prelude preferred)
Prior healthcare IT or clinical systems support experience
Strong customer service mindset
Experience participating in system implementations or upgrades
Ability to document workflows and technical designs clearly
