Qualification
Required
Ability to greet and assist all visitors
Experience answering the switchboard
Skills in preparing and coding daily receivables
Ability to maintain the facility census book
Experience documenting incoming deliveries
Skills in processing incoming and outgoing mail
Ability to provide clerical support as requested
Availability to work occasional overtime, holidays, and flexible hours
Availability to work part-time hours that may vary between 7am and 7pm with some Saturday mornings required
