Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting and facilitating repairs on electronic/electrical equipment or machinery for use in manufacturing
Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting manufacturing processes, mechanical equipment, machinery, and components
Must be responsible for modifying, repairing, and improving existing electronic products, equipment, and controls and will assist in developing new or updated electronic systems, components, or products
Must be able to read, comprehend and practice necessary safety procedures, signs, etc
Must be able to perform electronic installs and repairs
Must perform safety checks to ensure design plans are feasible in various conditions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
5+ years of experience as Electronic Technician in manufacturing environment
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
Must have knowledge about PLC, HMI and Temperature Controllers'
Must have knowledge of 24v, 110v, 220v and 480v
Must be able to troubleshoot installing and programing of VFD's
Must have basic electrical circuitry
