Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting process. Monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership as well as department leaders updated of the organization’s financial performance
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, capital investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes and support business growth
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Develop, mentor, and lead a small team of financial analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
7+ years of progressive Finance experience, with at least 3 years as a Supervisor/Manager
Prior hotel experience required
Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in financial planning
