Responsibilities

Supporting proposal development, engagement letters, presentations, and other client-facing marketing materials

Coordinating proposal and opportunity workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

Maintaining CRM data and producing reports to track leads, opportunities, and outcomes

Assisting with marketing campaigns, email communications, and firm announcements

Supporting internal sales meetings by organizing materials, tracking updates, and maintaining records

Maintaining firm digital platforms, including the website and LinkedIn company page

Assisting with event and sponsorship coordination

Researching RFP opportunities and supporting proposal responses

Required

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in a marketing, business development, or professional services environment

Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or client-facing materials

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style

Comfort working with data, reports, and CRM systems

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, WordPress, or LinkedIn

Exposure to accounting, internal audit, or financial services environments
