Handle all aspects of litigation related to assigned files with assistance from senior team members
Draft pleadings, engage in motion practice, manage written discovery, conduct depositions, and other facets of the litigation process
Qualification
Required
Current, active license to practice law in Texas
Excellent legal-research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience in drafting pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and other facets of the litigation process
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Proven ability to produce top quality work
A willingness to be proactive and take ownership of projects and assignments
