Principal AI Strategy Consultant (Boulder)

Refer.IO is seeking a Principal AI Strategy Consultant to establish and lead their market presence in the Boulder business community. This strategic advisory role focuses on generating and closing complex, high-value engagements while fostering long-term client relationships and delivering strategic counsel that drives project revenue.

Define the AI Landscape in the Front Range
Establish and lead market presence in the Boulder business community
Operate with complete independence as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives
Move beyond transactional sales to become the strategic architect of AI adoption
Conduct deep-dive discovery to diagnose critical business challenges
Articulate the strategic value of AI solutions
Design and execute market penetration strategy
Conduct strategic outreach to key decision-makers
Prepare bespoke value propositions
Publish thought leadership on LinkedIn
Lead executive-level discovery sessions and strategic workshops
Host exclusive, high-value roundtables or private dinners for C-suite leaders

Required

Proven professional with a track record of success in B2B consulting, complex solution sales, or strategic partnerships
Executive presence and intellectual curiosity to engage with any business challenge
Master communicator, capable of translating technical potential into clear business value
Demonstrated interest in emerging technology, particularly AI
Drive to be at the forefront of market innovation
Ability to establish long-term, high-value client relationships
Experience in conducting deep-dive discovery to diagnose critical business challenges
Ability to articulate the strategic value of AI solutions
Experience in generating and closing complex, high-value engagements
Ability to design and execute market penetration strategy
Existing professional network in the Boulder business community

High-Leverage Compensation
$2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months
$2,000/month draw against commission for months 4-6
