They are seeking a highly motivated Winter Intern to join their Manufacturing Engineering team, where the intern will support the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Support the Manufacturing Engineering team in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes

Assist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing process documentation

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations

Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement

Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support as needed

Perform engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products

Tests prototypes and standard products and write reports to document the results

HLA assembly medical line, work instructions

NPI line setup, Process flows

Categorize a wide arrangement of existing parts

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management

Required

Currently in year 3 or 4 of a 4-year degree program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related Engineering field

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Ability to follow oral and written guidelines

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Organized and detail oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite
