Responsibilities
Manage Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and company-wide communication processes
Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, setup, management, and termination of contracts
Utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute projects such as Take Your Kid to Work Day, Culture Index, Pulse Surveys, Award and Recognition Campaigns, and Product Demos
Oversee the submission and approval processes for company-wide communications to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational messaging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals, monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-4 years of Project Management/Coordination or related experience
Clear communicator – Must be comfortable communicating with JR to Executive level
Highly flexible/adaptable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate environment
Familiarity with ERG initiatives and employee engagement strategies
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Proficiency in project management tools, including Monday.com
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Experience in overseeing communication processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
