Responsibilities
Test custom applications and GIS components
Create and execute test plans , test cases , and document results
Collaborate with PMO, business users, and vendor teams in an Agile environment
Support UAT , including scenario creation, instructions, and execution oversight
Participate in defect triage , demos, and weekly QA reporting
Identify and escalate bottlenecks, issues, and risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
3–5 years of software QA experience on mid‑ to large‑scale projects
Strong ability to review/analyze system specifications and create RTMs
Hands‑on experience with manual/automated testing, regression, system, and performance testing
Experience preparing sample test data and evaluating/documenting test results
Familiarity with GitHub and ServiceNow
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred
Experience with SDLC, Agile, and QA best practices
Exposure to mobile testing and defect management tools
Public sector experience is a plus
CAST, CSTE, CSQA, CMSQ (optional but beneficial)
