Responsibilities
Plan, pitch, close and retain influencer talent and brand partners
Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of talent, providing strategic counsel on social media, brand partnerships, and long-term growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry contacts to drive new opportunities and meet revenue goals
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly from start to completion
Collaborate with the internal Brand Partnerships team to align talent selections, messaging, and campaign strategy with brand objectives
Identify and develop creative business opportunities and brand extensions based on each talent’s strengths and goals
Stay informed on social platform trends, industry news, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience required for this position
Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience
Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects
