Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care consistent with physicians’ orders and individual care plans
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion
Monitor residents’ health, ensuring timely communication of changes
Keep detailed, accurate clinical records
Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote holistic well-being
Support safety and infection control protocols with care and attention
Qualification
Required
Current LPN license in the state of Virginia
1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting
A heart for serving older adults with dignity and compassion
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
A genuine desire to grow in a supportive, people-focused environment
