Bottega Louie Restaurant, Gourmet Market & Patisserie is a premier dining establishment founded in Los Angeles in 2007, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. They are seeking a Host Staff to ensure guests are welcomed warmly, manage the dining room flow, and maintain a positive atmosphere for all patrons.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

A host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door
Welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service
Comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours
Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers
Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
