Responsibilities

Lead and develop a Quality Assurance team, promoting a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement
Manage deviations, nonconformances, CAPAs, and change controls impacting product quality
Own internal audit programs and support external audits and inspections
Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards
Oversee quality documentation, training programs, calibration, and complaint handling
Track and report quality metrics and drive sustainable corrective actions
Partner cross-functionally to align quality objectives with business needs

Qualification

Quality Assurance experienceFDA regulations knowledgeCGMP knowledgeISO standards knowledgeEQMS platforms knowledgeAudit certificationsBachelor’s degreeLeadership experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
4 - 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (OTC, cosmetics, personal care, pharma)
1 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, ISO standards, and eQMS platforms

Preferred

Audit or quality certifications (ASQ CQA, ISO Lead Auditor) a strong plus
