Responsibilities
Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and priorities
Ensure alignment of solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and project performance
Write, optimize, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL queries, stored procedures, to ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates in clear and compelling formats to facilitate decision-making
Recommend operational improvements by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating system capabilities. Develop and update process map and procedure documentation to reflect changes as needed
Gather, assess, and report data to establish metrics and on-going benefits tracking. Effectively and efficiently manage and report on agreed-to initiatives to completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry
1+ years' Microsoft SQL for queries, stored procedures, to ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
